Egyptian farmers to entry photo voltaic irrigation pumps funding

Egyptian farmers will now acquire photo voltaic irrigation pumps easily after International Finance Corporation (IFC) and the Agricultural bank of Egypt (ABE) formed a partnership to assist the farmers entry financing to buy the solar irrigation techniques.
The partnership will help promote Egyptian farmers switch to Solar Irrigation Systems lowering their reliance on diesel-powered turbines and boosting their productiveness.

Walid Labadi, IFC Country Manager for Egypt, Libya, and Yemen, added that the partnership with ABE will assist present clean energy to farmers at an affordable value, whereas helping cut back greenhouse gas emissions.
