Waukesha Bearings is marking 50 years of manufacturing in Antigo, Wisconsin, USA.

Founded in Waukesha, Wisconsin in 1946, Waukesha Bearings opened its Antigo manufacturing facility in May 1972, with a employees of three full-time staff. In 2019, the plant expanded to one hundred,000 sq ft of manufacturing house and now employs 120 people. The manufacturing house was added to accommodate manufacturing for marine bearing methods and other new initiatives awarded to the company.
“We are proud of our success and development to become a provider of precision bearings to some of the largest multi-national corporations from our small-town, Northern Wisconsin location,” stated Mark Greenlund, plant manager.
To have fun the 50-year milestone, the corporate is planning an event at the facility for employees and extending its outreach to the community to teach them on the career opportunities out there at the website. “We are in search of folks throughout the Antigo neighborhood who need to be a half of the next 50 years of success at Waukesha Bearings,” stated Greenlund.
