A man poured oil over his neighbour after which set his body on fireplace whereas the victim was relaxing on a chair at home. Witnesses saw the man engulfed in flames operating out of the home. He survived but was severely burned. One witness says the two men would usually battle in regards to the victim’s roosters making an extreme quantity of noise.
