Adam Bates, water market area director of sales at KSB Inc, now has full responsibility for the company’s municipal water enterprise.
With this role growth, Julie Ballard, challenge engineering supervisor, and Lukas Widhalm, utility engineering manager, are reporting to Bates.
After joining KSB in 2017, Bates served as southeastern regional manager before becoming the water market space director of gross sales in September 2020. Prior to KSB, Bates held positions in gross sales management/operations and business improvement throughout the North American industrial and municipal water market.
