Waukesha Bearings celebrates plant’s fiftieth anniversary

Waukesha Bearings is marking 50 years of producing in Antigo, Wisconsin, USA.

Founded in Waukesha, Wisconsin in 1946, Waukesha Bearings opened its Antigo manufacturing facility in May 1972, with a staff of 3 full-time workers. In 2019, the plant expanded to a hundred,000 sq ft of producing house and now employs 120 folks. The manufacturing space was added to accommodate manufacturing for marine bearing techniques and different new projects awarded to the company.
“We are happy with our success and progress to turn into a provider of precision bearings to a variety of the largest multi-national corporations from our small-town, Northern Wisconsin location,” stated Mark Greenlund, plant manager.
